Booking Terms and Conditions
If you are more than 10 minutes late, please let us know ASAP- your service may need to be changed, or cancelled if we do not have sufficient time to complete your service. If your appointment has to be altered or cancelled, you will be liable for the full-service fee of the originally booked appointment. With regard to these terms/fees, we do take into consideration extreme circumstances, at our discretion.
If you no-show/fail to attend, you may be refused service in future or have to pay 100% of your booking fees in advance. If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment or fail to attend your appointment, you will be liable for 100% of the appointment fee, which will need to be paid on the day. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your booking will result in the loss of your deposit.
All bookings require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking, this will be deducted from your appointment on the day. If you cancel your appointment with sufficient notice, your deposit will be saved as a credit on your client card for later use. Please note we can not issue deposit refunds in any case.
If you are sick/unable to attend please let us know ASAP so we can reschedule. Clients who attend showing signs of illness will be rescheduled & the appointment fee will be required to be paid.
We understand that it can be difficult for mothers with babies and young children. However, we also need to be mindful that our studio is also a place where others come to relax. Please be courteous of our request not to bring babies or children into the salon. We hope you understand and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
High Society reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time.

High Society Nails & Beauty does not however give any guarantee or warranties or make any representation with respect to the use of this Site outside of these laws.
Subject to claims that may be made under the ACL:
• High Society Nails & Beauty is not liable to you or anyone else (including for negligence, breach of contract or tort) for any loss or damage (including specific, indirect, consequential, economic or any other kind of loss) however caused, even if foreseeable, and which is suffered directly or indirectly in connection with your use or inability to use this Site.
• High Society Nails & Beauty is not liable for disruptions to this Site.

If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed and the rest of the Terms shall remain in force.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms will always be posted on this Site and will cancel and replace any previous version(s). By continuing to use this Site after the posting of such changes, you agree to be bound by the changes.
